Aircraft Maintenance:
Blue Ash Aviation is authorized and certified by the FAA as one of it's select Part 145 Repair Stations. The Repair Station is approved to maintain Cessna, Cirrus, Piper, Grumman, Beechcraft and Mooney aircraft. As an approved maintenance facility, Repair Station's are held to higher standards than the typical maintenance shop. The Blue Ash Aviation fleet is inspected every 50 hours of flight time using the most current manufacturer's data. The FAA assigned Principal Operations Inspector (POI) reviews and inspects our maintenance department and practices continually insuring a high standard of maintenance performance.
The FAA Repair Station Part 145 rules demand all tooling is maintained and calibrated regularly, facilities are kept in an orderly and high functioning manner, all manuals are current and employees are continually trained and operating at peak levels. Additionally all incoming parts are thoroughly inspected and documentation checked for certification all prior to installation in any aircraft.
